Fostering business processes and quality management

Operational process management fulfils a number of important functions in the company. In addition to the quality and standard-conform documentation of business processes, process documentation forms the basis for the introduction of IT systems, for reorganisation measures or for training new employees.

Consulting services

Our consulting package includes support for the conceptual design of business process management and the selection and implementation of a suitable software solution. We analyse the existing documentation and the system environment and, together with our customers, identify the requirements for the company’s future business process management. These requirements are weighted and matched with over 70 tools on the market (Aris, Bonapart, Adonis, etc.). Suitable systems are then tested. Furthermore, we support our customers in transferring their requirements (interfaces to existing systems, changes and adjustments) to a specification sheet. If required, we accompany the project until the “going live“ of the system.
