IPS systems are an essential tool for maintenance processing. But how to find the appropriate IPS system to support maintenance planning and control as required?

We assist our customers in evaluating and selecting standard IPS systems. For this process we use the 3PhaseConcept developed by FIR. In the first phase we establish the point of departure and analyse maintenance organisation and processes. The second phase is about systematically identifying and weighting the specific requirements the IPS system needs to meet. This phase includes a pre-selection of suitable systems with our customers, based on a market analysis. The final system selection is made in the third phase. In order to identify the top provider for our customer test schedules are created and system tests are carried out with the pre-selected providers.
