The Service Management Department consists of more than 30 employees. The focus of its work is on the process industry and on manufacturing companies. The department is considered as a competent research partner in developing services for the industries of the future such as renewable energies and medical engineering. Within the research areas Service Engineering, Lean Services, Community Management as well as the Competence Centre Maintenance our employees develop methods for creating new services, increasing productivity and making use of cooperation potential.
